ALPS MicroDry Printer Servicing at Elephant's Rocket
Overview
Elephant's Rocket is the sole official ALPS MicroDry printer servicing agent, whom we partner with to provide the services listed on this site. Further resources are listed in the References section at the bottom of this page.
ALPS Japan no longer repairs or refurbishes any MicroDry printers, nor do ALPS agents outside of Japan.

Official Repair Agent and Refurbisher
As the exclusive official ALPS repair agent and refurbisher, Elephant's Rocket in Japan alone can repair and refurbish printers to the standard which ALPS was capable of. They have access to the necessary calibration software, specification documents and equipment required to turn out a calibrated ALPS printer, as well as access to all the repair knowledge that ALPS possessed.
The agent also sells refurbished printers, inks, media and accessories, and the service is excellent, though overseas shipping is not cheap.
Of note is that Elephant's Rocket include a driver CD with the printers that they ship overseas. The v.2.3.2 driver on that CD is the one that is also available for free download on the Yahoo ALPS group, because I provided the driver to them as part of our partnership. This CD can also be obtained from us at no expense.
To anyone wishing to make use of the services of Elephant's Rocket, they are completely trustworthy and capable.
